xSports Marketplace ("xSports", "we", "us") operates at xsports.one. We provide a free classifieds platform for individuals and businesses to buy and sell second-hand sports equipment. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
xSports is open to anyone aged 16 or over. By posting a listing or contacting a seller, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
You may list sports equipment you own and have the right to sell. Listings must be accurate, honest, and not misleading. You must not list counterfeit goods, stolen goods, safety-critical gear without disclosing relevant history, or anything illegal.
We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, including those flagged as fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate.
xSports facilitates contact between buyers and sellers. We are not involved in transactions, do not handle payments, and do not take responsibility for the outcome of any sale. Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk.
We strongly recommend meeting in person in a public place for local transactions, and using secure payment methods for remote ones.
You must not post listings for: stolen goods; counterfeit branded goods; weapons or dangerous items; goods you do not own or have no right to sell; anything illegal in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction.
All content on xSports — including the design, logo, editorial articles, and software — is owned by or licensed to xSports. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
xSports is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of xSports.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of xSports after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
