Listings you post: title, description, price, sport, location, condition, and email address. Your email is used only to forward messages from interested buyers and is not displayed publicly.
Messages you send: your name, email, and message text are passed to the seller and stored temporarily in our email logs. We do not retain message content beyond 30 days.
Technical data: server logs including IP addresses and request timestamps, retained for up to 30 days for security and spam prevention.
What we don't collect: we don't use tracking cookies, we don't collect payment information, and we don't require account registration.
To operate the marketplace — delivering messages between buyers and sellers, publishing listings, and preventing fraud and spam. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
xSports is hosted on Namecheap shared hosting servers. Listing data is stored in your browser's localStorage and on our server when a listing is submitted. We use Google Workspace for email — messages pass through Google's servers subject to Google's privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your listing or personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will action deletion requests within 72 hours.
xSports uses localStorage (not cookies) to save your theme preference, language, currency selection, and draft listing data. This data never leaves your browser unless you submit a listing.
