In all other countries xSports Integrated Shipping is limited to global carriers UPS & DHL. Other options are: Seller may ship directly or product may be collected by the Buyer.
Here are the three primary shipping methods offered at xSports:
Buyer pays for shipping at checkout (recommended): When a buyer selects an item for purchase on xSports, have the option to choose the preferred shipping method based on price or time or both. Once the buyer selects and pays for an integrated shipping (pre-paid label) option at checkout, we send a digital shipping label. Sellers will see this in their inbox, as well as instructions on how to send the order. The shipping cost is calculated based on the seller's provided details and the buyer's location.
By paying for shipping during checkout, the buyer ensures that the shipping process is initiated promptly after the purchase is confirmed. This method allows for transparency in shipping costs, and the buyer can choose the shipping option that best suits their preferences and urgency.
Seller offers Door-to-Door delivery: Sellers on xSports have the option to offer door-to-door delivery by including shipping in the price for the items they are selling mostly locally. This means that the seller takes the responsibility of packaging the item, arranging for a suitable shipping carrier, and ensuring that the item is delivered directly to the buyer's provided shipping address.
This method provides convenience for buyers who prefer to receive their purchased items at their doorstep without having to travel or arrange for pickup. The associated shipping cost is usually determined by the seller based on factors such as the item's size, weight, destination, and the chosen shipping carrier. Sellers may choose to use reliable shipping services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of their products.
Important: xSports doesn't offer support to sellers and buyers for lost or damaged orders sent by this shipping method. Sellers need to contact the shipping provider directly about shipping issues and compensation. This shipping method isn't recommended for international shipments.
Self Pick Up or Meet in Person: xSports also provides the option for buyers and sellers to arrange for a pick-up or meet in person. In this method, buyers who are comfortable traveling to a designated location can choose to collect the purchased item directly from the seller. Alternatively, the buyer and seller can coordinate to meet at a mutually agreed-upon location to complete the transaction. This method eliminates shipping costs and allows for a personal interaction between the buyer and seller.
